At Sizzix, we want you to be fully satisfied with your crafting tools and home decor essentials. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Sizzix account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all dies, stamps, or machines are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
